Dealer Account Registration Form
This Dealer Registration Form is used exclusively to apply to become an Authorized Carefree of Colorado Dealer, or to create a Dealer User account.
If you are already a Carefree Dealer or Distributor with an active Carefree account number, you can setup a new online account by simply completing this one-time registration. If you are not a Carefree customer with an active Carefree account number, please complete the registration form, and we will send you a Dealer application.
Once your account information is verified and the account is setup, we will notify you via email that your new account is ready to use. Please note this may take up to one business day.
