Replacement Parts and Accessories
Should you need a warranty replacement on a product purchased from www.carefreeofcolorado.com please review our warranty terms and conditions outlined below to assist you in filing a warranty request.
Important Note: Only products purchased online at www.carefreeofcolorado.com are eligible for warranty replacement filing directly from Carefree.
Authorized Carefree Dealers are unable to accept or process a warranty for product purchased directly from Carefree.
REPLACEMENT PARTS & ACCESSORIES WARRANTY
Carefree of Colorado warrants to the original purchaser that accessories, replacement parts and components (collectively "product(s)") will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period indicated below from the original date of purchase. The product must have been installed correctly and used for its intended purpose to be covered under warranty.
LIMITED LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL CAREFREE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT WILL CAREFREE'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM CAREFREE.
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the products and to purchases made directly from Carefree.
This warranty covers the purchased product only, and does not cover any costs related to the removal or reinstallation of the product. The purchaser is responsible for any removal, reinstallation and/or travel expenses.
Carefree will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the product (or provide a similar product if the original product was discontinued), once the original defective product is received by Carefree during the warranty coverage period, and Carefree determines the product is covered under warranty.
OBTAINING WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PARTS
Follow the steps outlined below to file a warranty claim for consideration with Carefree for those components purchased directly from Carefree.
1. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org and please include in your email:
- Original Purchaser Name
- Date of Purchase
- Copy of your proof of purchase or Carefree order number
- Shipping Address (address you would like the replacement component shipped to if approved)
- Contact Name and phone number
- Contact email address
2. Your email will be answered and responded to within 48 hours (we are closed on weekends and holidays)
