Dealer Terms of Agreement
- All dealer orders placed on e-Carefree.com must be billed through the dealer's preferred Carefree distributor. Dealer-direct orders will not be accepted on-line.
- All orders are subject to review by Carefree's customer service/order entry staff before the order is released into the production system for order fulfillment. If there are any questions regarding the parts ordered, Carefree will call the dealership contacts listed above for verification.
- All online orders are processed within the same factory turn-around times as regular orders. Orders processed in Carefree's system before noon MDT will ship:
- Standard Products: 24 hour factory turn-around on most products, some have 24 or 48 hr. factory turn-around. Please consult the President's Club Manual for more information.
- Custom Products: 24 - 72 hour factory turn-around depending on the product. Please consult the President's Club Manual for more information.
- Replacement Products: 24 hour factory turn-around.
- All online orders are subject to applicable drop-ship freight charges. Consult the President's Club Manual for more information.
- Dealer is responsible for maintaining USER NAMES and USER PASSWORDS. Upon dealer purchasing personnel change, dealer must contact Carefree to obtain new USER NAME and USER PASSWORD.
